Norm shortlisted for Most Innovative Cyber Security Solution

NormCyber, the UK-based cyber security operations specialist, today announced it has been shortlisted at the Manufacturing Supplier Innovation Awards for Most Innovative Cyber Security Solution, in recognition of its work in redefining how manufacturers measure, manage and improve cyber resilience.
The Manufacturing Supplier Innovation Awards honour organisations delivering transformative impact for the manufacturing sector through innovative technology and services. Winners are decided by the Advisory Board and Manufacturing Today magazine’s readers, with public voting currently open.
Norm was recognised for addressing a growing challenge facing manufacturers: understanding and mitigating cyber risk as a key operational priority. Cyber incidents are no longer confined to IT disruption – they are an operational risk capable of halting production, interrupting supply chains and driving significant financial loss. Rising regulatory pressure, including the Cyber Security and Resilience Bill currently progressing through the UK Parliament, is set to further increase accountability for organisations supplying critical goods.
Norm’s approach is built around the UK National Cyber Security Centre’s Cyber Assessment Framework, with customer resilience measured through the real-time Cyber Resilience Score and improved through targeted, ongoing action. Each organisation is supported by a dedicated Focal Analyst whose role is to interpret risk, prioritise activity and drive improvements to achieve measurable reductions in operational risk over time.
“Many manufacturers still manage cyber risk through fragmented tools and periodic assessments, which generate large volumes of alerts but provide leadership teams with little visibility into whether resilience is actually improving,” said Wayne Churchill, CEO of NormCyber. “This is where Norm makes a difference by reframing cyber security as a continuously managed performance discipline. Our innovative model is helping manufacturers like Stelrad Group take informed action to protect their operations, supply chains and long-term profitability. We are pleased to earn top industry experts’ recognition for these efforts.”
Public voting for the Manufacturing Supplier Innovation Awards closes at 5pm BST on the 28th of April 2026. Please take a moment to vote for Norm on this link.
