NormCyber wins Most Innovative Cybersecurity Solution at the Manufacturing Supplier Innovation Awards

Award recognises Norm’s approach to making cyber resilience measurable across manufacturing operations

NormCyber, the UK-based cyber security operations specialist, today announced it has won the Most Innovative Cybersecurity Solution category at the Manufacturing Supplier Innovation Awards UK 2026, recognising its work in helping manufacturers move from periodic cyber security assessments to continuous cyber resilience quantification and improvement.

Run by Manufacturing Today, the awards recognise organisations driving progress across the sector through innovation and advanced technology, with winners selected by a combination of editorial judging, an external advisory board and public vote.

Norm’s approach moves away from point-in-time assessments, instead embedding the UK National Cyber Security Centre’s Cyber Assessment Framework into a continuous, live operating model. Organisations can measure cyber resilience continuously using the government-grade Cyber Resilience Score while a dedicated Focal Analyst, interprets results, prioritises improvements and helps organisations strengthen resilience over time.

“Cyber resilience cannot be treated as an annual exercise. Manufacturing environments change every day, with new technologies, suppliers and threats constantly reshaping risk,” said Wayne Churchill, CEO of NormCyber. “Organisations need to understand not just whether they are secure today, but whether they are becoming more resilient over time. That’s exactly what we’re helping our customers achieve, and we’re delighted that this approach has been recognised by the Manufacturing Supplier Innovation Awards.”

The recognition comes as cyber resilience becomes an increasing priority across UK industry, with organisations preparing for new expectations under the proposed Cyber Security and Resilience Bill and greater board-level accountability for operational resilience.

For NormCyber, the award reflects a broader shift in how organisations think about cyber security: moving beyond technology management towards measurable, continuous improvement in cyber resilience.

Further details on NormCyber’s award win are available in the June issue of Manufacturing Today.
